The enlightened liberals in charge of the LA community know what is best for the poor folk whether they like or not.Â Heaven forbid, someone opens a restaurant in a blighted area and provides a few needed jobs for some people who could use one, or shortens someone's long commute on the 405.

No fast food for YOU because WE said so.
